      Pineapple? ever heard of hybridization? pineapples doesn’t even produce its own seed it re-produce itself. The others I have never heard of but there are some things that aren’t on his list that he recommends like the Brazil Nut which is natural.

      His food list is quite old and he should update in the future. He also states that almond and olives are hyrbids but not as damaging as other things.
